-Ravioli stuffed with beef and pork Duroc with beef demiglace and crunchy wonton pasta.

-Scrambled eggs with chanterelles and shallot onion, Iberian bacon, free-range eggs and crunchy bread with a touch of butter.

-Timbal of cod supreme with tomato cassé, white kidney beans, Kalamata olives, pure olive oil and its bouquet. (D)

 

Main Course

 

-Supreme line-caught hake, Galician style with baby potatoes, smoked paprika air, crispy onion and peas.

-Grilled Black Angus with chimichurri accompanied by sautéed chanterelles and onion rice. (D)

-Duck breast tataki with a touch of citrus, foie schnitzel, moniato puree, apple reduction, toasted sesame and crispy duck + Supplement € 2

-Broth rice with assorted mushrooms, ribs, sausage and chicken + Supplement    € 2
